Woodies lost a customer of several years last week. They enthusiastically scheduled my vehicle days in advance to evaluate a check engine indicator. I dropped off the vehicle an hour earlier than the appointment. My vehicle sat on their lot almost 10 hours and they never checked it. Never moved the parking spot where I dropped it. It’s a poor way to treat customers. Don’t schedule more customers than you can handle.

Quick service and the coffee was good!

Service was excellent and the cost was below what a dealership would charge. Woodie's did not try to sell more services than what I requested.

Had a 9am inspection appointment. At 11:45 there were still 2 vehicles ahead of me. There was no communication that they were behind schedule and would need my vehicle all day for an inspection. Better communication and an understanding of what an appointment is would be nice.

Beware of this place selling you things you don't need. One of my techs dropped a recently purchased 2022 Ford Transit van off for an oil change. It should have been a warning that they wanted to keep it overnight for an oil change. So Ryan called my tech mid-day the following day and told him the spark plugs were bad and needed changed. Ford doesn't even have the plugs checked till 100,000 according to the maintenance manual. I've had 20 of these vans in my fleet and its usually 120,000 to 150,000 when the plugs need changed. The van was running perfectly and had just been purchased a few months earlier and went through Fords checklist and had everything replaced that was needed. Now my tech should have never okayed this but he did not knowing that the bill would be $1169.93. They added a few other things that just had to be done! This is so wrong on so many levels. I can afford to pay this and did but I am concerned for people who can't and don't have the money to spend on unnecessary and unneeded repairs. Most people won't look in their owners manual to find out they are being misled.

THEE WORST PLACE EVER! They inflate their service prices. Was told the diagnostics would be $170 which was $197 with tax -_-

Horrible Experience Here. If You Have Triple A Or A Mechanic You Trust USE THEM Not This Place. We Made An Appointment For 8:30a Didn’t Hear Back Until The Afternoon Just To Be Told Repairs Were Going To Be $2,700 Plus A $170 Diagnostic Cost That Came Up To $197 With Tax -_- The Staff “Seemed” Friendly At First To Lure You In However When We Cross Referenced Repairs Other Places The Quote Was Significantly LESS Almost $1,000 Less To Be Exact!! Felt Very Unprofessional. They Definitely Have A “Type” Of Customer They Like Because It Felt Like They Had No Desire To Really Service Us. Save Your Time AND Money. DO NOT Come Here. If I Could Give -5 Stars I Would.

Woodie's on Carmel Road is GREAT!! They always take care of my cars, even if it's last minute, and they do an excellent job. They are courteous and professional and offer a pickup/drop off service which is very convenient. I highly recommend Woodie's!
