I had a tire issue in Charlotte last week. I could not drive home on the spare. My Daughter recommended Woodie's. Went by Friday afternoon. Steve and Megan ordered the tire, mounted it Saturday morning and we were able to head home as planned. Highly recommend them. Thanks Megan and Steve.

I recently needed new tires and Dillion at Carmel Road was a great help in understanding my urgent need. He took extra time to research tires that would be good for my older Van and would be safe for me to drive. He was so nice to work with and I appreciated his being so pleasant. I was not expecting needing new tires and in this situation Dillion was so professional in going out of his way help. I am so pleased to know Dillion is at Woodies for help with my car. This place is absolutely phenomenal We were actually in a bind when we learned expert professionals were needed on my Tahoe brake system I dropped the car off around 1pm and they had me going the very same day with a cost that was very reasonable I certainly recommend this place of business
