TLDR: These guys are great and took care of my new car! If they give you advice, take it. Even though I have 5 free oil changes through the Toyota dealership, I’ll pay the money for Woodie’s to take care of my car from here on out based on their customer service alone. Took my new car here for its first oil change because of convenience and they found a leak in the radiator hose. They suggested I take it to the dealer because it should still be under warranty. I was trying to avoid the dealership because I had a beach trip planned and needed my SUV to be on the road within the week. Woodie’s assured me the leak was minor and it could wait until I got back, just to keep an eye on it. I didn’t listen and took my car to the dealership that evening. Toyota service manager and assistant service manager both said they would have it fixed in 24 hours. It’s now become a whole thing of ordering parts and a 2 week turn around time. I’m now having to drive a rental (small sedan) to the beach. I should’ve listened to the Woodie’s guys. Learned my lesson.
