Woodie's on Ashley Rd has been a great experience. Although the issue was a known "bulletin" issue, I believe they still tried every possible thing to try and fix it. They also texted me a summary of every procedure and test that they used. When they couldn't find the issue, they charged me a very minimum fee, which was greatly appreciated.

Additional review - I had to take my car back in this week to fix an A/C issue, and they took care of it by lunch, the A/C is working MUCH better, and I feel what they charged was reasonable.

Made a trip to Charlette NC from Savannah. My car started having some front end issues and I didn’t want get back on the road until I knew if I could make it. I found Woodies Auto Repair on line. Rae was like a family member I just met, she didn’t pressure me to get any repairs I didn’t need and told me exactly what was wrong and that I could make it back home. I was able to make it home after a 4 hr drive in the POURING RAIN!!!

What a wonderful crew, very professional and explains things that you would understand what's going on with your car. Ray and Tj are amazing. I highly recommend bringing you vehicle in this location for service. Sunshine (:

They took advantage of my elderly Dad. $1800 to mess up his car even more. He went in for a SIMPLE air hose leak and when he got his car back, on the way home the oil gauge was bouncing back and forth and the Check Engine light was on, it wasn’t on BEFORE he took the car to their shop. The car in all was completely fine besides the air hose leak. When my Dad went back to tell the employee (Edward) all of a sudden when they pulled his car back around and they “found” a wire pulled from the power source… they charged $400 to fix it. They charged him for services they didn’t even complete… and if my Father who is a mechanic could fix it himself he would’ve but again this is a perfect example of people taking advantage of the elderly. I assure you, I won’t let this go. I know this company has had a bad reputation as a whole but I NEVER thought they’d stupe so low!
