I came in with a fleet vehicle for a simple inspection. I was on the clock so I couldn't be without my work car for too long. They told me it would take about an hour. I went to lunch with a friend and waited for the call. Two hours later I still haven't received a call. I called them and they said they were just going to get started. 4 hours after drop off I show up and I find the car on the lift with the tires off. They submitted a lot of work to the fleet company without my permission, some of the work may have been due, but I would have scheduled that work to be done a better time for me. I had no choice but wait another 50 minutes for them to put the car back together.

Struggling shop. Rv wound up with 2500 dollars damage coming out of their flooded yard. Never should have towed. The battery they claimed was completely ruined recharged immediately once back on my shop. Like many shops, they try like crazy to convince you to buy things you don’t need.
