I couldn’t be more happy with my service with Woodies in fort mill!! From the manager Duane to the technicians I talked to all had great knowledge with automotive and easy to talk to in general as well. I had mutiple things fixed on my 14 year old truck, and it feels great again driving down the road. I’m super happy, and would use there service in the future.

Took my car in at Woodies for the first time. Needed a battery replacement and an oil change. I knew I needed other things done, but those two were the most pressing. Loved that they have a shuttle service (if you live close enough). They were nice and had great customer service. I felt that from the moment my phone call was answered yesterday evening. I’ve also never experienced from any other car shop getting a full report with photos and notes from my point inspection, I really liked that. Thank you!

Staff and mechanics were great. They explained what was wrong and more importantly what did not need to be done. My most recent visit was the 3rd time they’ve done that. I appreciate the honesty and integrity. Makes a huge difference to actually be able to trust the mechanics, managers and staff.

I will not use this location again ever if I can help it. I’ve used woodies at a different location and never had any problems.. this one ..they told me my car was ready last Friday and when I spent money on a Uber to get there they said it wasn’t ready and that the person that was supposed to call me left early. There was no accountability or help to me given the fact that bc I couldn’t plan for this I wasn’t able to travel and see ny parents that live out of state. Today they told me the car was ready at 3pm and when I asked for a shuttle ride and was told there were just 4 people ahead I assumed I would get a ride. By 4 pm still no ride. Again no accountability or compensation for the Uber I had to catch in order to make it to my next appointment in time. Their customer service is awful 😣
