First-class service! While driving on I-77, I noticed the temperature gauge begin to rise. I pulled off and into the Woodies here in Huntersville. In the lobby, I explained my issue, and after hearing what I said, Cory Mullis jumped up and said, "let's go take a look." We were on our way after adding some coolant in the parking lot. You just don't get service like that anywhere these days, and Cory, you made a Woodie's customer out of us! Managers, please hold on to this guy!

My first visit to a Woodie's, I stopped in to their Huntersville location for a state inspection recently & everyone I spoke with was very cordial & hospitable. The facility was clean & their Customer lounge offered several amenities. Despite being shorthanded this day they still worked me in to rotation quickly. The process was seamless & easy. I definitely recommend this location.

Honest, friendly, and helpful garage. Had an issue with my truck and was trying to get back home to NC. Even though they were super busy with other vehicles they took the time to look the truck over to be sure I could safely drive it back. If I have any further issues with a vehicle while in Mt. Pleasant, this will be by go to place. Wish they were in NC! Thank you all for your kindness!

Do not trust this people, that's a real scam. You car could come put of that place in a worse condition than when it came in, and you would have paid about 10 times what it should be worth.

That place is a scam. I went there because of a brake leak. I had to pay something like $40 to have diagnosed. They then called me back and told that I needed to pay another $150 or $200 to spend more time studying the brake which I did. They finally called me back saying that was a 15 hours job and the cost would be over 3k!!!!. It was not worth doing it. I picked up my car, asked where exactly was the issue. They could not answer!!! I then realized that the "technician" did not bother unscrewing anything and preferred to brake the wheel liner. They worked like porks, did not provide with a diagnostic, and gave me a quite that doesn't make any sense. At the end, it took me 1 hours and half (instead of 15 according to them) to fix all the brake lines. I sent them an email asking for explanation : the manager never dared contacting me back (meaning that he supports that type of behavior?), and preferred to let the very young and nice gentleman at the desk try to fix his mess for him. Avoid at all cost
