Being new to the area, it is always a bit challenging when seeking out first time service providers. Woodies met and even surpassed my expectations. I’m dissatisfied with my service from Woodie’s. I was quoted a price. I agreed to the price of service. Once, the technician started working on the car, I got another call saying that the original price quoted was wrong. And, that the actual price was significantly higher. Then I called to check on my car. And, found out, that a part was ordered for my car, without discussing it with me. The part was $240. Apparently, Woodie’s assumes their customers have pockets full of money. I , neither my family will ever return to Woodie’s in Summerville , SC again. Leroy Dantzler.
