I have taken my car to get serviced here several times,with only one positive experience. This time, I set up an appointment at 9 am in order to get in and out quickly so I can run errands. Fast forward 2 and half hours, they still have yet to see my car. Another 4 hours later they finally call to explain what they fixed. I get in the car and find out they haven't fixed a headlight I asked to be fixed. They call me back, explain that it worked, however I was looking right at it and it was in fact out. This was the last time I will take my vehicle there.

Hello Andrew, Sorry for your bad experience. We try to do our very best for our customers and make things right which is why we called you back and offered to fix your headlight at no charge. Obviously you had an electrical issue that was not presenting itself at the time. Thanks, Danny

My dad has been coming here for years and recommended it to me. This was my first time coming in. I needed a quick state inspection done after just moving to the area in order to register my car. Walked in and they were able to fit me in without an appointment. I think I waited for maybe 25 minutes for them to complete my inspection. Cost 40 dollars and I was on my way out the door. The staff was friendly and they have a large waiting area for customers filled with drinks and snacks. I got to kick back and watch some TV on the big screen while waiting for my car. I will definitely be returning here. Thanks for the great service!

I went to Woodie’s at Midtown last year for an annual emissions inspection and was very pleased with my experience. Today I went back to have a flat tire replaced. Bobby and Tom provided excellent customer service. The waiting room is very pleasant, it has wifi and snacks. The shop looks organized and even the bathroom is clean. Great staff, quick service, happy customer.

Great facility. I had to handle everything over the phone as my daughter and I were in 2 separate cities. They let me know nothing was wrong with the car but car lost communication with the key. Because of their honesty I allowed them to do preventative maintenance on her car. Very professional and honest. Any other problems we have I will return.
