After my first time, this is my new trusted mechanic shop in the Charlotte area. Tom and Bobby are extremely helpful and polite, the waiting room is comfortable and stocked with amenities, and the mechanics do an awesome job in a good amount of time (especially if you let them know you’re in a hurry). The prices were very reasonable and the employees are honest and kind.

I am new to the area, so it’s always difficult at first to find a trustworthy resource when needed. I called Woodie’s mid-morning on a Monday when my car wouldn’t start, they told me to bring it in, and my fuel pump was replaced less than 24 hours later. I was very impressed with how efficient they were, and the professional, yet easygoing, nature of Chris. He called to keep my updated throughout the entire process and everything was seamless.

Awesome people and service! We were just passing through on our way to Tennessee for a job and our ac wasn't working. They got us right in and found a u-joint about to fall off. The mechanic stayed late to get it fixed and they gave us a ride to our hotel then picked us up the next morning.

Eagle Automotive are the best! Honest, quality work. John is always there to help and give sound advice, never oversells, provides realistic repair needs.

I recently had auto work done on my Ford Taurus. The staff there has always been friendly and knowledgeable. I received a fair rate for the auto work that was done, and I'm very pleased with the results.
