Great customer service!

I was stranded just before the rush hour was about to start, and I was trying to get out of town for the weekend. I called Woodie's, and they told me to leave my key in an agreed upon hidden spot and they would send a tow truck for it. Thirty minutes later they called to inform me they had my car. They kept me informed along the way, and were very friendly during the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone!

Bobby and Tom are fantastic; and I have been going to woodies since 2003 (or earlier?). This visit Chris was my mechanic: they squeezed me in, discovered a small but potentially BAD prob,em, and fixed it the same day. I have trusted them with SIX vehicles, and referred many friends and colleagues. This location is close to the hospitals and the courier service is great. I trust them completely.

I have used this location for years and the staff there is awesome! I really am disappointed I can’t remember the young man that helped me, but he was very nice and the manager is always the best. Great management and awesome staff they all should be very proud. They are always careful with my vehicle and explain everything in a way I can understand. Thank you.
