These guys are nice, responsive and always do quality work. It doesn't hurt that they are so close to home.

I've been here a few times and have had nothing but positive experiences! These guys are REAL and do great, quality work. I had stuck with a friend of mine for years that owns a shade-tree shop because I couldn't afford a certified mechanic. That, of course, leads to problems because they don't find problems, don't know how fix all of the problems OR they make the problem a BIGGER problem! My boyfriend recommended Woodie's to me, as he uses them, and they were the mostly fairly priced, certified repair garage. Their prices are VERY comparable, if not identical, to what I was paying for shade-tree work. They definitely put the customer first and rides (when you have to leave your car there) are definitely another way of showing their appreciation!

Staff was very courteous. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain in depth the repairs needed. I need to depend that my car will not break down on me. I can't really speak to pricing because I don't shop around. I trust them to honestly take care of my car.

I actually checked up on Woodies and everything they told me about what was the matter with my car, and the services needed were all verifiable. Also they brought the old parts out for me to look at. They don’t do anything to your car without your permission and they explain it very honestly and openly.

The guys here are ALWAYS nice and helpful. Dustin took care of me tonight when I showed up minutes before they closed with a couple flat tires. He willingly stayed to assist me at no charge. That is true customer service! Thank you Dustin!

We discovered one night that the headlights on my wife's Subaru no longer seemed to be coming on. Ugh! Next morning we called Woodie's and they told us to bring it right over and they would work it in. They discovered the problem and called us a couple of hours later to come pick it up. Great service, friendly folks and no hassle getting the repair made. Gave four stars only because the repair, which included replacing both headlights, was a bit on the expensive side. We love the folks at Woodie's, however, and use them regularly.

Very professional, clean, well managed. I was there for an inspection, which failed, and they offered remediation for the problem areas. It's an older car so I do not doubt their findings. I thought the prices to fix the problems was a little high so I declined, but I may find I was wrong. Very nice customer waiting area with free beverages and chips. Nice furniture and TV. The intake guy was great...polite and professional and not offended when I declined the nice plan of remediation he'd put together. Good idea to have an appointment. I did, and was in and out in 30 minutes. Warning... If you're headed south on Carmel, you have to go past them by a block and make u turn to get to the entrance.

After receiving a sharp piece of plastic in my tire, Woodies was able to quickly patch it up first thing in the morning. Great service and they provide complimentary snack and beverages
