Ok, I only had a tire patched. Still...they were quick, accurate with pricing, and very well organized. Would recommend to a friend/coworker (did today actually) and I would certainly go back based on my experience.

I had my tire patched here two Saturdays ago. I had a flat tire from a nail and couldn't get an appointment anywhere the same day until I called and spoke to the gentleman running the shop. At first he also told me the workload was already too much for the rest of the day but kindly worked me in if I could get it there ASAP. The service and pricing was great! Also, their waiting area is so much nicer than I've seen at any other local auto shops with a fully stocked fridge of water and sodas and a basket of snacks.

I stopped at Woody's yesterday and asked if they would put air in my tires. My car is only a year old -- it didn't require any service. I had taken it to the dealer and asked for air in the tires, only to sit and wait almost an hour and then leave with no air. The guys at Woody's were more than happy to help (at no charge!) and couldn't have been more pleasant. I was out of there in about 10 minutes. I don't need auto service generally as I drive new cars under warranty. But if I did, I would go to Woody's. Awesome service and attitude.

Honest, straight forward, explain things in a simple way and prices are decent. They are all good, but I use the Huntersville , NC one 90% of the time.

They are by far the most caring auto mechanic's shop and treat you with honesty and they have that "home town" feel.

I've been taking my car to these guys for about a year and honestly, they're always a friendly and helpful group! Great facility, they keep me informed, and provide suggestions on what my car might need in the days ahead. They've earned my trust with this car and the next.

Recently (Sept 17th, 2018) had to have the brakes (rotors and pads) replaced on my Dodge RAM 1500 Crew Cab. Woodies had done a great job doing the same repair on my son's vehicle a few years before, so I knew they'd do the same with my truck. I wasn't disappointed! Dropped my truck off at 0700 and it was ready to go in a few hours. They even called to check on it a couple of days later to make everything was working as expected.

Beautiful facility! Clean, professional, on time and very friendly and engaging employees. I was very satisfied and am glad I moved my automotive service needs to Woodie's!! The customer lounge is awesome! It is very comfortable with beverages and snacks and the huge window overlooks their immaculate work area. It is obvious that this is a family owned business with pride and excellent attention to detail!!
