Woodie's sets the new standard for what an automotive shop should be. Great service. Wonderful waiting area with coffee, snacks, tv , and WiFi. You can see the extra clean auto bay where they are working on your car.

Great facility. I had to handle everything over the phone as my daughter and I were in 2 separate cities. They let me know nothing was wrong with the car but car lost communication with the key. Because of their honesty I allowed them to do preventative maintenance on her car. Very professional and honest. Any other problems we have I will return.

I had an extremely difficult repair to diagnose. It was just one of those things that looked to be a particular issue and was repaired. However, the repair only partially fixed the problem which turned out to be damaged as a result of the main issue which only an expert could find. After bringing it back indicating there still seemed to be a problem, these guys were diligent to the most extreme level finding what turned out to be and intermittent short that only occurred under certain circumstances which is what made it nearly impossible to find... They did, they fixed it, and truthfully it was their persistence to make it right, which was what ultimately made it right.. Good group of folks...great facility...

I have used this location for auto maintenance since moving to Charlotte in 2015. I recently took my car in for scheduled maintenance and was told that the transmission pan was leaking. I mentioned that this Woodie’s location had repaired the pan within the past six months which the customer service rep verified. When I took my car back for the repair, I got a call diagnosing the problem which was not as serious as I had feared. They honored the warranty and replaced the gasket at no cost! Why only 4 out of 5 stars? I live within walking distance of this location and have never used the courtesy van. But I needed to get to work in uptown and, when I made my appointment, I asked for a lift to the Lynx 485 & South Blvd blue line station. I was told they couldn’t do support due to rush hour traffic. As it was Veterans Day (a holiday for many in Charlotte), traffic was minimal. I ended up taking a Lyft to and from the station instead so the free service visit actually cost me $30.

I went to Woodie’s at Midtown last year for an annual emissions inspection and was very pleased with my experience. Today I went back to have a flat tire replaced. Bobby and Tom provided excellent customer service. The waiting room is very pleasant, it has wifi and snacks. The shop looks organized and even the bathroom is clean. Great staff, quick service, happy customer.

After my first time, this is my new trusted mechanic shop in the Charlotte area. Tom and Bobby are extremely helpful and polite, the waiting room is comfortable and stocked with amenities, and the mechanics do an awesome job in a good amount of time (especially if you let them know you’re in a hurry). The prices were very reasonable and the employees are honest and kind.

Very pleased with my first experience at Woodie's Auto Service. Both Tom and Bobby patiently addressed my multitude of questions and concerns regarding the issue with my car, and were able to take my car without an appointment and resolve the issue within the same day. Overall, I recommend Woodie's for their excellent customer service and high quality work. Plus, they offer a complimentary shuttle service, which is incredibly convenient. I'll definitely be back!
