Woodie's Midtown is a jewel in the heart of the city! Great people, great care and always trustworthy professionalism. I highly recommend you take your car there for any kind of repair or care, especially when it is out of warranty. Plus their car service to take you back to work while they work is very convenient and a real time saver.

I've been there twice to get my car serviced and I've always had a good experience. Great customer service and very prompt. Nice waiting ar a filled with snacks and drinks. The staff are very welcoming. The prices are okay but you get a 2 year 2,000 mile warranty on their parts. You get what you pay for, you're definitely going to get quality from Woodies. Haven't visited the other locations. But this one is awesome.

First time I have visited this location. I came in with no appointment, unsure of what the current problem was with my car. They were happy to fit me in and quickly found what the issue was with my car. The waiting room was nice and very clean. They got my car back to working order and everything is great now. easy to talk to, polite staff. I will definitely be returning

The entire Woodie's crew -- from check-in to check-out -- is kind, quick, and does quality work. I have been to Woodie's for oil changes, check engine light issues, and leaky tires. Everyone there works well together -- I can tell they actually enjoy helping out clients, and that makes all the difference in my experience there. I've always just driven my 2008 Honda Civic in, without an appointment, and have been helped immediately. The waiting area is inviting and comfortable, and the wait itself has been more than reasonable for the work being done on my car. The price quoted for the work is always fair, and for the excellent customer service and efficiency of the technicians, I feel like I'm getting a bargain.

Woodie's is outstanding. The quality of their work is excellent, and their customer service is second to none - friendly, flexible, honest and trustworthy. Last month I took my car in for a basic checkup before going out of town and they noticed and promptly fixed a problem which probably would have stranded me in a remote area. They genuinely care about doing a great job. We've taken our cars to them for about 25 years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I had a great experience at Woodie's! The people were so friendly and it was very affordable. I called a million places to get my car inspected that day and nobody could take me, but these kind gentlemen said they would make time for me! It really made my day a lot easier! :) Definitely recommend them!

My car broke down and I asked the roadside assistance guy if there was a shop nearby he recommended, and he mentioned Woodie's. I was very impressed with the facility and space from the moment I walked through the door. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. My car was repaired in a timely fashion, and I GREATLY appreciated the courtesy shuttle; a very nice gentleman drove me home and then picked me up the following morning. I did not compare prices, so I cannot comment with regard to value, however, the waiting area was very pleasant and the entire experience was very pleasant. I would definitely use Woodie's again. Very nice place. They have free WiFi, snacks and drinks while you wait in comfortable chairs. Also great customer service. I was just getting my annual inspection so I can't say if the prices or services are reasonable, but I haven't heard anything bad.

Nice, new, top class facility. Hidden next to Publix in Huntersville, they offer a dealership experience but without the wait and hassle. They service all makes and models, the staff is very friendly when you come in, they've never tried to sell me anything I didn't ask for. We have had my wife's Mazda and my Hyundai serviced and inspected here. Prices are middle of the road, I would say they are competitive with dealerships but not bargain basement service stations. I love locally owned businesses, they've been around since their first location off of Queens and continue to grow for a reason.

Best honest service!! I used to take my car to a mechanic I knew for a long time, but after they closed shop, I took it to Woodies uptown and Patrick took really good care of it. My car is a 1995 Saturn so it has specific needs. Very polite, very honest, and good prices.
