It's hard to find a trustworthy auto repair shop. It seems like everyone gets you in only to mislead you into thinking you need a lot of work done! I took my car to Woodie's today for a simple inspection. They came recommended by coworkers. I'm sooo happy to report it WAS simple! They were done in no time and didn't mention any additional problems. The entire staff was courteous and professional, especially considering I interrupted someone's lunch! Their shop is very nice and the customer waiting area was immaculate (and full of free snacks). This is my repair shop from now on. I highly recommend them!

Very nice place. They have free WiFi, snacks and drinks while you wait in comfortable chairs. Also great customer service. I was just getting my annual inspection so I can't say if the prices or services are reasonable, but I haven't heard anything bad.

Great place. No matter if I have to wait for my car in the very nice lounge (with coffee, beverages, and snacks) or if I have the shuttle take me back home or to a place for lunch I love going to Woodies on Adair. The staff is knowledgeable about both my vehicles and takes great care of them. They have even bailed my butt out a few times when I was having trouble. Most recently I had a tire fail three days before Christmas. They took the car in that night (so they could have it first thing) and manged to work it in to the booked schedule and get a special order tire brought in all in one day.

I had an excellent experience! First of all, the setting is beautiful. I've never seen an auto repair shop in such a relaxing location. The service was great as well. It is a nice touch to have the clients simply pull their vehicle up to the covered entry to come in. Very similar to dealerships where you pull inside of the service area for vehicle drop off. The two gentlemen who greeted me inside where friendly and helpful. The waiting area was very clean with good seating and complementary snacks and drinks. Free wifi too! For a slow leak in my tire, they estimated it would take 45 minutes. In the end, I think they finished and I was back in my vehicle in 35 minutes! I will definitely go back to Woody's. I'm even looking forward to it!

I have taken my care twice and my husband once and we are both thrilled. It's not every day you find a auto service company that isn't always finding something wrong. We drive our cars very little and our previous mechanic was always recommending that something be done. The staff is very friendly, the waiting area is extremely comfortable and the pricing is more than reasonable. Pam Rose
