Very friendly staff, and easy to get in for an appointment. Used them for our vehicle inspections for past two years. They even remembered who we were from the previous year, and we had not been there at all! Convenient location. Would use them again.

Brought my car in after a recent repair for a mysterious rattle and they fixed it - my mechanic was out of town for the weekend and unable to fix it for me then. The part was under warranty from the previous replacement and John with Woody's took care of getting another part for me. Everyone was nice and very helpful and the business itself was clean and comfortable. Love that they are open from 7 to 5 on Saturdays as this was a weekend emergency . I would definitely recommend Woody's !

Preparing my 2003 camper van for an 8,000 mile trip to California and back, I wanted to have a local shop that specialized in personal service look at this. They found and fixed a few serious problems that had been missed by the local dealer-- all age-related, and not bogus. They were very courteous, gave me free rides to my home and back. The kind of company I support.

Nolan was such a help today. I stopped in unannounced and although a technician couldn't look at my vehicle at the time, Nolan came up with a temporary fix in the parking lot and didn't even charge for his time. He was genuine & generous. I will return because of this! As a woman, I appreciated how he also showed me how to do it myself if I need to in the future.

I was in Charlotte on business overnighting at a hotel when I discovered my brake line had failed. I made my way to Woodies which was nearby late in the afternoon. Originally it was not looking good but they were going to get back to me in the AM. I had to be in Winston Salem and Richmond for other meetings later in the week so I was planning on renting a car and returning to Charlotte in a week to pick up my vehicle. When they called me the next morning I was expecting to hear that it was going to cost $1000+ and it would be ready in a few days but instead they told me my truck was ready. They were able to fabricate a brake line and said the other suspect parts they weren't sure of ended up being OK (except for my brake pads that they recommended I replace when I get home). I was stranded out of town, vulnerable to be taken advantage of, and these guys took great care of me. The price was no where near what I thought I might have to pay. They didn't try to run up the bill, instead they worked to get me back on the road. I would recommend Woodies to anybody. They even delivered me to and from my hotel. Their waiting lounge is pretty unbelievable also. Thank you.

The customer service staff and mechanics at Woodie's addressed the issue I brought my vehicle in for and didn't try to upsell me services I didn't need immediately. They did a great job on the repair work I had done, it was a little costly but the work is guaranteed. I felt satisfied that the job was done correctly the first time. One of the very few auto service companies I can trust with my vehicle. I am a repeat customer as they have earned my business. Woodie's has been in business in the Charlotte area for many years for a reason and their great service reflects that. They even have shuttle service which is very convenient. Woodie's doesn't quarantine your vehicle from you for days like some mechanic shops. They are very efficient within your work schedule.
