I had appointment for Thursday morning, took my car in spoke with Miles who was very professional and courtesy. He said it would take a couple of hours, then he would call back. Miles called back about 45 minutes to inform that my cars problem was more than I expected. I proceed to get my car back, and I truly appreciate the honesty Miles expressed. Have had my car serviced since Woodie’s opened in Huntersville . All employees are very courteous and helpful. Appointments are arranged at my convenience and transportation provided when necessary. I have recommended Woodie’s to family and friends. Service is rated A+.

Although I came in only for state inspection, it was the experience that will ensure my return for service. My husband called to see if they had any availability (at 7:30am) that same day for me to get my vehicle inspected. Most other shops would have placed him on hold for an obscene amount of time, just to come back and say that they couldn’t or flat out say no. The representative that he spoke to said “absolutely” almost immediately and scheduled me to come in at 9am. Another wrench thrown into the mix, as 15mins before my appointment (I live 5mins away, literally less than 2miles) I realized that I had misplaced my registration (after being advised that I would need it for my inspection) my husband called to let them know that not only was I running late but I’ll also be arriving sans registration - upon arrival they were very welcoming and even though I didn’t have my registration, they were more than happy to continue with my appointment, easing my worries!! and immediately took my vehicle to be inspected. The service was quick, efficient and customer service was top notch! Will be coming back to this location for sure!

I showed up early Monday morning due to an unfortunate meeting with a curb!!! They took my car right and and within 2 hours called me to let me know the damage how much it would be and they could have it done that day. Anytime I bring a car and they're always so courteous and willing to help!

I was stranded just before the rush hour was about to start, and I was trying to get out of town for the weekend. I called Woodie's, and they told me to leave my key in an agreed upon hidden spot and they would send a tow truck for it. Thirty minutes later they called to inform me they had my car. They kept me informed along the way, and were very friendly during the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone!

Bobby and Tom are fantastic; and I have been going to woodies since 2003 (or earlier?). This visit Chris was my mechanic: they squeezed me in, discovered a small but potentially BAD prob,em, and fixed it the same day. I have trusted them with SIX vehicles, and referred many friends and colleagues. This location is close to the hospitals and the courier service is great. I trust them completely.
