My recent visit at Woodie’s / Carmel Road location/ was a very positive experience with the entire team. Problem was accurately identified and fair pricing negotiated. Great job!

I had called the Woodies on Ashely road on my way into work asking if I could drop my car off sometime for an oil change that day. They said bring it in now and they would take care of it. They offered me a ride to my office and a pick up. My car was done within an hour. I really was so shocked how fast and thorough they were. I will surly be back for my next oil change!

My first experience at Woodie's Auto service has exceeded my expectations. The services I had completed included State inspection, oil change and tire rotation/balance. Jeff was extremely friendly and courteous. Prior to my visit he informed me of how long the job would take to complete. They provided me with a rewards card that works towards a free oil change after 5 visits, so the 6th one is free. I've never see an auto center do this in the past and it's a great way to retain clientele. I worked in their lounge on my laptop while waiting for services to be completed. They had coffee/drinks/tv/wifi available. My brief interaction with the technician, Richard, was also very friendly. I will be returning for future services!

We have been Woodies Midtown customers for many years! Tom & Bobby have always been helpful in diagnosing our problems and taking care of them. Recently we had a brake issue on one of our cars and needed it fixed as we needed the car. We had no appointment however they were able to fit us in, repair the problem, and have the car back on the time promised!

Thanks Tom, Bobby, and all the team at Woodies. Your service and ability to diagnose a problem, advise on car care and pending service for the future rates you at that high level of customer service everyone expects and can trust.
