When heading downtown the other day, another car told me it looked like I had a flat tire. Thank heavens Woodie’s auto service was right down the street. I stopped and they were so helpful fixing my flat tire and I still made it to a doctor appointment! Both the service and the people were fantastic !

Very friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, very clean and quiet waiting area with a large window into the service area. The waiting room has plenty of seating, a TV, a Keurig machine with 10 different drink options, free water and soda in a small refrigerator, free snacks including peanuts crackers etc. The waiting area also has dominoes and a deck of cards to pass the time. I came in to have a nail removed from my tire. Overall great experience.

This was my first visit to Woodies so when I had brought my 2004 Infinity I35 with issue of car stalling out I thought here comes a long list of expensive repairs. But to my surprise they were able to take it right away and within less than hour called me back with the diagnostics and options for repairs with a break down of costs which I felt all seemed reasonable based on some initial research I had done. They fixed my car that day and it now drives better than it has in years.

As a single woman, I am so happy to have found these guys - they do great work, they always put me at ease, they shuttle me to make appointments easy to keep, they're genuine, straightforward, patient, kind, clean and just persistently, consistently great. They're like the Chick-Fil-A of the Auto Service world lol!!!

Great guys at Woodies and knowledgeable techs. I was in Charlotte on business and needed some work done on the rear springs of my 2017 Raptor. These guys took very good care of me and my truck. If I lived here this would definitely be my shop. I highly recommend them.

Woodie's is the most professional and trustworthy auto service I have ever used. Would not think of taking my car anywhere else. Also everyone there is so friendly and courteous. They make you feel like family.
