Had an alternator go bad on my way to work. Was rushed for time but Woodie's was close by. I limped in there. Bobby took my car right away and Eddie gave me a lift to work. In less than 30 minutes they called me with a quote. The car was fixed and ready in 2 hours. I was not able to leave work so they dropped it off for me. Thanks for the world class service and for making a stressful situation manageable!

We have been using Woodie's Auto service for many years and I wouldn't go to anyone else! Not only are they extremely pleasant to work with, they are honest about the work that needs to be done on your vehicle. They work you in and even help get you places should your car need hours of work in which you can't wait for it to be completed. So thankful to have this place for our car needs!

I was driving recently and the check engine light came on, which caused me some alarm. I drove immediately to Woodie's at Mid-Town and they agreed to diagnose the problem while I enjoyed their excellent coffee. Fortunately for me, Woodie's reported that a spark plug had misfired which caused the check engine light to come one. Best of all for me, they also said the replacement plug was covered under the warranty for a major tune-up I had completed on the car a few months ago. Plus, they noted that it was time for an oil change, which I gladly asked them to complete. I could not ask for faster and more responsive service. This experience has been typical of my relationship with Woodie's Mid-Town, always responsive and with complete integrity. Thank you.

I have been going to Woodie's for a few years now. It is hard to find a great group like this in the automotive repair business. They are trustworthy, fair and explain the issue in detail. I will continue to use and recommend Woodie's for automotive repairs.

I always receive great customer service, and honest assessments. Usually service has cost less than they predict, so I can tell they aren't trying to over charge, or over sell services. They even offer to drive you if you have to leave your car. Highly recommend Woodie's Midtown!

Everything from calling to see about making an appointment for an oil change (they told me I could just drop by whenever during the week and a shuttle could take me back to work) to the actual experience of taking my car in. Everyone I spoke to was so pleasant, helpful, and honest. VERY reasonably priced and trustworthy service.

Went to Woodie's for the first time this year. I have a 2004 BMW 325i and I was scared that I would have to pay an arm and a leg to get it fixed and that I would be without my vehicle for quite some time.. Fast, efficient service. Had quick access to the tires that I needed for an older Acura and allowed me to leave earlier than planned for a long drive to West Tenn. for a family medical issue. Peace of mind for having quiet, smooth-riding tires on the car helped a lot during an unusual situation. Would highly recommend.

I called them and they got me in right away. They offered me a shuttle back to my job and then picked me up after they were done with my vehicle free of charge. This was very convenient for me and allowed me to miss minimal work time to get my car serviced. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
