This Woodie's location has always been great to us. Very helpful and prompt with returning phone calls and making sure we're aware of what's going on. Honest, good work, and we never feel like we're getting taken advantage of. We would highly recommend this Woodie's location!

I just moved to Charlotte from Texas, so when my car was acting up I was extremely stressed about finding a good place to take my car. A friend from Charlotte recommended me to take my car here and it was such a blessing! They were extremely reasonable and everyone I interacted with there was so kind. They also have a shuttle service which was extremely nice. Thank you so much to the people at this location!! Y’all are great!

Staff is always friendly. Appointments are readily available. I love the shuttle service offered so you don't have to wait around on your car all day!

Friendly staff, and great customer service. They let me look at the components of my Jeep they were fixing, and showed me why they were in need of repair, and explained why they needed to be repaired.

I needed a headlight and wipers on short notice before heavy rain started and they were very accommodating!

Came in out of the blue on Thursday afternoon just before closing with a tire problem. I knew it was not an emergency and asked if it was possible to get an appointment for the next day. They said they were booked solid but if I could get there before 9:00 they would fit me in sometime. Well got there at 8:00 and was out by 8:45. GREAT service highly recommend Woodie’s.

Great service. I will be back. Got in fast and they showed me the lounge. Soon another service rep did not here the TV playing so he came in and offered to turn it on for me. CW1 was my service person and was very good. I started to read a magazine and in came CW and said I was done. I'll be back. John Shreve
