My trip to Woodies was by far the best Auto Service experience I have ever had. I was in a jam and needed to get my car serviced quickly. They fit me in and got it fixed the same day. In addition to that, they were the friendliest auto shop I’ve ever been to. Bobby, thanks for taking care of me and reminding me that goodwill still exists. I appreciate it more than you know!

Excellent service! My air conditioning died late Friday afternoon - temps in the humid southern 90s, Alex managed to squeeze me and get the parts and repair by early Saturday afternoon. Their followup, shuttle, and overall service was outstanding. Even with the most minute of details.

They even went above and beyond and provided me with shuttle service to and from my apartment while my car was being worked on. I'm new to Charlotte, but I feel more at home having found an auto shop I can trust. I will be going to Woodie's for all my future auto needs.

Rick at the front desk is awesome! I'd never taken my car to Woody's, but from the first words on the phone to the handshake after my repairs were complete, he's a super fun, efficient and knowledgable guy. Really made the process smooth. They made the necessary repair to my vehicle and identified a few more, which made sense in hindsight but were issues I didn't fully notice. Nice surprise, too, that the actual price of the repairs came in $200 less than Rick estimated on the phone. Will be back, for sure. Give Rick a raise!
