Woodies is my go-to auto shop for anything car related. The guys make the entire process painless and I never feel as though they are trying to take advantage of me, considering I don't know much about cars. They communicate with me throughout the entire process and never do anything that could cost more money without consulting me first. They are there to pick you up and drop you off wherever and whenever you need it, and are sure to provide you with some laughs along the way. I had a rough start this morning. My car would not start. So I had to get a jump from my neighbor but I also needed quick service to repair the problem. So once I got to work I called Woodies and immediately dropped my car off. Once I dropped the car off they took me back to work and then picked me up when the repairs were done. They had great customer service, speedy solutions, and reasonable prices. The best thing about my whole experience was that I could work knowing that my car was in good hands. These are professional people. I dont always like what they tell me, but it has always been factual. Their estimates reflect professional experience and I have never had an invoice larger than the estimated cost. They charge what they are worth.
