Wonderful service provided by Woodie’s! They were super accommodating and fit me in even after I forgot my appointment earlier in the day (so sorry about that, y’all!). My husband and I moved to the area recently and I will definitely be back for future service.

I am speechless on how amazing this place is. Had my Subaru towed here 2 P.M. knowing they closed at 3 P.M. I was already prepared to leave the car until Monday when they open. To my surprise he made time to check my car out knowing I was out of town. It was the battery. So relieved. Other places did even want to look at the car until Monday. I will definitely save this to my favorite list and whenever I am traveling and need my car serviced this will be my new shop stop!!! Plus they have a nice little waiting area with coffee, water and soft drinks. All complimentary. Stellar customer service.

I had both my cars in for repairs in the last two weeks. Woodies seems to be able to handle every type of repair. I am so pleased with the honesty, and know how of all involved at Woodies. I do appreciate the shuttle ride to my home and back to the shop when my car is ready. I must say everyone at the shop always treat you right. Thank you Woodies!

I took my car in for a 60K service visit, which was fine except for the fact that they charged me for an inspection but didn't do the work, which I found out when I tried to renew. Not a big deal, and they offered to do the work at my convenience. I brought the car in at the scheduled day/time; I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes and noticed my car was still in the parking lot (they said they would turn it around in 30 minutes). When I went to the front counter, they said the mechanic who did the original work had to be the one to do the inspection, and he wasn't in that day. I think they did good work on my car, but the fact that they wasted my time like that means I'll be taking my business elsewhere. They get five stars for the work they did, one star for screwing me over.

The people here absolutely wonderful. I finished a night shift and when I went to drive home my car just wouldn’t start. I somehow got lucky and drove it to woodies, right when the opened. They had no issue helping me out, they drove me back to my apartment while my car was being fixed, and kept me up to date on the issues with it. Everything was done super fast and professionally, I’m gonna make these guys my go to in Charlotte.

These guys have been our family’s trusted mechanic for years. They are honest, do great work, and care about their customers. Hank is our hero!
