We are new to the area and urgent need dictated a next day trip to the auto shop. We chose Woodie's because it was super convenient at the time but we are remaining with Woodie's for their professionalism, courteousness, and transparency in addition to their obvious know how. A bonus is their courtesy vehicle and the ability to schedule appointments online.

I'm new to N.C., Woodie's is nearby my new home, and the Toyota dealership did not respond to my message inquiring about service. I also needed an inspection to renew my tabs, and that's how I found Woodie's. Brendan, Kevin and Cade at Woodie's were all very professional and patient with my situation, my Prius and me.

As always service was perfect.

Went in for wheel alignment while I waited. They were done in less than an hour. Top notch service.

Service was good and people were very friendly but the price was OUTRAGEOUS. This is on me, for not doing my research but a dead battery doesn't lend itself to a convenient time. They charged $72 installation which I now learn every other shop in this area installs for free with battery purchase. Also paid $60 for diagnostics, to be certain it was a battery issue. Other places are telling me a quick test of the battery would've confirmed if it was the battery (and if not, then deeper diagnostics would be needed). Feel completely ripped off.
