Overall the service was great but I was not treated well by Oliver. I checked in around 9am and was told they have a shuttle if i needed it. I made sure they could come back to pick me up from work, and was told it wouldn't be a problem. Later Oliver called to talk about my car and once again I asked to get the shuttle, he said that was fine. He then called back after my scheduled time which I had to schedule for my lunch break but it was too late. He then proceeded to tell me he can't schedule a specific time which is completely different from what I heard all day. I had to take time off to get the shuttle, with a very upset boss. The shuttle driver couldn't find me, even though I gave precise directions and it wasn't difficult. He also didn't wear a mask in the vehicle which made me incredibly uncomfortable. I will not be returning to Woodie's, after all this.
Ms. Knox, this is Brad Woodie, owner of Woodie’s Auto Service, thank you for your review however embarrassing and infuriating as it may be! I’m sure you’re aware of what business owners always say, is that “problems can never be addressed if management is not made aware of them.” In this case, unfortunately, you experienced a total lapse of judgement and flagrant violation of our company policy. Our policy is to always provide “white glove premium customer service” which extends to and includes our shuttle service. Our drivers are provided navigation services so the ease or difficulty in a pick up address is irrelevant and company policy during these COVID19 times is to ALWAYS wear a mask in the presence of a customer! I will promise you I will identify who your shuttle driver was by tomorrow morning and he/she will be disciplined immediately according to our company policy! I sincerely apologize for this distasteful experience and truly hope you will give us the opportunity to make amends in the future. My email is [email protected] and welcome the opportunity to speak with you further if you wish. Thank you again for your response and again my sincerest apology, Brad Woodie
