Replaced starter on a 1980 CJ 5 Jeep.

Absolutely fantastic service. For those who are concerned about a ride to and from. They offer a Pickup service so you don't have to worry about not having a ride to/from home or your destination.

Right up front let me say that these folks, especially Hank Able, provided me with tremendous customer service in my time of need. My wife and I were traveling in our motorhome when the alternator failed, but we were able to make it to a Walmart in Mount Pleasant. I have all the necessary tools to make most repairs so I removed the old alternator and purchased a replacement. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get the pulley off the old alternator, which was needed on the new one, so I couldn’t complete the job! Fortunately for me, Joe’s Garage was just down the street. After explaining my predicament to Hank, he offered to remove the pulley and install it on the new alternator and did so in less than five minutes. What was really special is that he did this and wouldn’t accept any payment! I was really impressed!! I was previously a Master Automotive Technician and retired from General Motors as a District Manager so it takes a lot to impress me but Joe’s Garage sure did. Thanks again for your wonderful help in my time of need.

Was on the way to Mercy Hospital for surgery and had a flat, made it into their parking lot and they put my spare on and got me out quick, great people, ready and willing to help me. I highly recommend this company.
