Customer service is unmatched. Service is a little pricey but reliable and timely. Shuttle service is great and I don’t think I've seen that anywhere else. Didn't mind waiting in the waiting room. Wifi, drinks, snacks, tv (with remote) cant beat it. All the employees I interacted with were super friendly and always gave accurate time estimates when I asked.

They continue to excel.

I did not have work done here, but I did have my 2011 Taboe assesed for its repair needs. They were very timely and professional. If the pricing was closer to my budget I would've have gone with them since they warranty their transmission work for 1 to 3 years. The gentlemen were easy to work with and helped me get a tow to the shop when calling the tow companies personally was leaving me with non available for tow or either hours of wait time.

Every time you walk into Woodies, your treated like family. They listen to your needs & provide excellent service. I appreciate their communication, service and timely manner when it comes to my vehicle.

Everyone was really nice even though they were swamped when I called about my car spilling oil. I had my oil changed by grease monkey (closer to my house) about a month before. The screw wasn't tightened. Since they didn't fix anything they didn't charge me anything for finding the problem and tightening the screw. My breaks needed done so I had them take care of that while it was there. One of the best parts is they will shuttle you back and forth for your car service. They are officially my new car doctors Also, rumor has it if you come in dressed as little bow peep you get a discount but if you dress as Buzz Lightyear you get charged double 😉
