Woodies is honest- they repaired my car and did not overcharge me. I will use them again and again- another company wantes 3 times as much- Woodies will drive you home also and lick you up . Thank you so much for being in a wonderful location and providing the 5 star service you do

I love Woodies. The team is always friendly, professional, thorough, accommodating, forthcoming with information, advice, preventive measures and suggestions. I don’t mind driving out of my way to go to the particular Woodies location where I have a relationship.

This was the worst place ever I am not from here and I was traveling back home when it began to rain and my windshield wipers stopped working! Woodies was the 1st place came up, called to see if they could look at it, lady said they could! Long story short it took 3min for them to know it was my moter! They never told me it would be $69 just to look then on top of that told me it would be $600 to fix! Then when I told her I would find somewhere cheaper because I'm not from here she said if I come back it would be $510!!! Talking bout being taking advantage of I don't know if it was because I was a woman or if it was because I was BLACK either way I was taking advantage of! Never again lesson learned! Also just to read these post and see the things that were done for customers for free for doing no service on there car and make me pay over $50 for no service is just ridiculous!! Just wrong I went to O Riley auto parts to quote price of part needed and found it was only $69 they recommended I go to Woodies and of course I told them and a few customers in the store my experience they could not believe that's how I was treated! So I will continue to tell my story especially and I just moved here from Columbus Ohio that this place will take advantage of you and your money!!

Made an appointment easily over the phone and was quoted similarly to what I had researched was standard for this service. Employees were very friendly and followed through. The inspection was clear with photos and while they offered me extra services for a clear price, they didn’t push like some other shops. Very considerate of my questions and great shuttle service, will return again!
