Incredible service experience: Thorough assessment; helpful and not condescending (since I'm a woman) information; provided complete information about diagnostics and options for repairs. Could not be happier with service. Will definitely return and advise anyone who needs car repair, tires, etc. should absolutely use Woodies.

Good Communication. The Ballantyne location was able to secure the tires and price processed for my Hyundai in my online quote via Woodies website. Also the quote was not increased once I arrived. They provided a detailed list of items needing attention, and did not push me to have the work done. We all know the "clipboard" experience, and I appreciate not being pressured to do work that did not need immediate attention. Will bring my Rav4 there for tires ....

I need for Google to add an option for a 10 star review for this place! The customer service is absolutely out of this world. Additionally, the representatives are extremely knowledgeable and fair on prices for service. It may be a long time before my normal dealer sees me again!
