I dropped off my SUV for a brake light issue. I didn't have an appointment but Brandon was very helpful and told me to drop the vehicle off and they would make sure to squeeze it in during the day. He called me back a few hours later and explained that the pads were good and that it was a sensor. The sensor was less expensive than the pads would have been. He was very honest throughout the whole process. The car was finished by the end of the day. Everything was great and the whole experience was positive. I would recommend this shop to anyone, and Brandon was particularly helpful.

Extremely quick turn around.

I had an inspection for yearly auto tax. I've had a few other services in past. Always efficient, and to the point. No long waits. I feel they are true/unbiask in their service. Wait area is cool, snaks, drinks and TV with cable. They don't jip on quality in all angles. Good down to earth place.

Great customer service! I was stranded in Huntersville when my truck would not start. I called a wrecker service to give me a jump start. It was found that my battery cable connectors were defective. I drove to Woodies and within just a few minutes Karl Wegner and his crew had me on my way home back to Raleigh. I highly recommend Woodies for any of your auto service needs.
