I have used Woodie's services on a variety of vehicles over the last decade and have been very pleased with the way they do business. With a background in auto repair myself, I have been impressed with the way that problems are diagnosed and needed repairs are accomplished without "up selling" of unneeded services. They get the job done quickly, efficiently and let you know that they appreciate your business. Pro tip for customers: Look around the shop area of the repair center that you are considering. Is the place an unorganized mess with folks just standing around or is the place relatively clean with quality tool boxes and mechanics moving with a purpose? That will tell you volumes about the repair personnel AND the management of the facility. I trust Woodie's Repair Center and that trust was earned not given. Six years of excellent service at this location -- and then they really topped themselves the past 2 weeks. We had multiple issues crop up on one car, plus a dead battery on the other -- just at the moment I spent 12 days in hospital and my wife started a new job. Patrick, Jeff & Co. went above & beyond the call of duty to minimize our disruptions -- shuttling my wife back and forth to home twice, and turning on a dime to handle two small issues while she waited. We can't recommend any service provider, anywhere, more highly than we do the Woodies team on Charlottetowne Ave.
