absolutely fantastic customer service here (Davidson location in NC). Brandon is very nice, polite and one of the most helpful people I've ever worked with at a mechanic before. they made the whole process of waiting for my car seamless and really go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. I would 1000% recommend these guys if you are in the area and looking for a top quality shop to trust your car with!

Exceptional service from the front office to the mechanic. Brandy, and I believe her assistant, kept me updated throughout the whole process and was timely with getting me quotes. Moe performed the services on my truck; he was very knowledgeable. He inspected, diagnosed and addressed my concerns and the issues I had in a diligent professional manner. Overall, I'll continue to use Woodie's, especially the Arrowood location.

My low battery light came on as I was driving from Ballantyne. My car had been acting sluggish and I knew there was a Woodies on Carmel Road. Pulled in and just wanted them to check the battery, but I had to leave the car. Soon after I got a diagnostic report complete with pictures. My alternator and battery were dead, but I also needed brakes. They took care of my car and it was ready the next morning. Josh was my service manager and he was professional and courteous. I would recommend this shop.
