All the man at the counter did was complain about working in here. How he did we hit wanting to be there any more. Needless to say, I did not have them complete the service nor will I be back.

The service was great. I loved the link that showed everything they did even the pictures they took. It was very easy to follow and speaking with Brad, he was very pleasant. Also, there was a really nice mechanic at the N Tryon location. It was pouring down rain and my umbrella completely shredded. He let me come in through the service door and gave me some micro fiber towels to dry off and took care of my broken umbrella. I don’t know his name but he had curly hair if that helps.

It took awhile but excellent service, I find a new place to work on my vehicles.

I called because I wanted to schedule an oil change along with overall maintenance of my vehicle. I have used this auto shop in the past and while they have always had average customer services this was the 3rd strike. Cole was friendly and even though I was not looking to drop my car of the day of the call, he reassured me that my vehicle could be fit in to the schedule. However, as soon as I dropped off my vehicle another one of Cole's colleagues, while attending another customer, starts to tell me they can't do any more than an oil-change. His entire demeanor was that as if I were bothering him. I try to confirm and continue my conversation with Cole on the wait time on my vehicle, and again this older man with glasses speaks over Cole and continues to say "we can't guarantee anymore than an oil change." Which is fine, but my frustration comes in because. A - I was not interested in having my car looked at that day because I know I need more than just an oil change, so I was upset that I was reassured my vehicle would be looked at and there's two people telling me two different things at the same time. and B - I wouldn't be so annoyed if the co-workers delivery was that of an apologetic and understanding tone as opposed to that of someone who makes me feel unwanted. I think I'll take my car somewhere I don't feel like I'm the bothering the employees.

Really good at communication but their parts manufacturer is a bust, as is their prices. Dropped car off Friday afternoon and didn’t get it back until 2 weeks later. They had to order the replacement part three times because the first two didn’t work, and then I had to return <2wks later for the same issue (that I had to, again, go back to later that day because they did not put a panel underneath back on all the way, when I had to go back they handled it very quickly). Seem like decent but for a bad company.

Very professional

Just fantastic and fast and really awesome! I will definitely be back for tires and a new battery.
