Phenomenal service. This is the second time I'm leaving a review for Woodie's but first time for this location. We brought our car in for a check engine light and it ended up being a problem that required a great deal of trial and error on the shop's part. They would try replacing a part, that wouldn't solve the problem, so they'd try something else. They only charged us for what caused the problem, not all the other things they tried. I think other places would've charged us for everything they did, and they were so honest and communicative for the week our car was there! I also know their techs are well certified and educated. Would highly recommend this business.

I am notorious for waiting until the last minute to have my state inspection done and I typically go to another facility but they were completely booked. I called Woodies, and a nice young man spoke with me and told me they could get me in almost immediately. The total wait time was about 45 minutes to an hour but the customer service was excellent. I can't remember the young man's name that I had the pleasure of speaking and interacting with but he was a younger African-American male with short dreads. I definitely plan to come back for next year's inspection.

First, I would like to say that I appreciate Riley and Billy's hospitality, they were very nice and seem to be professional, which is why I gave this establishment a 1, unfortunately I would not recommend this service and repair shop to anyone, I got my vehicle towed here on 11/21 and didn't get it back until 11/30 (granted I understand Thanksgiving but 9 days is extreme considering I went there for a DIAGNOSTIC), at first I was told that it would be 189 for a diagnostic but since my check engine light wasn't on that turned into 389, which coincidentally now that I have my car back the check engine light is on, I went in with advice from 2 previous mechanics that the problem was related to a electrical problem but once it left Woodies now they are saying that it is the motor and it would be over 7,000 to replace, I'm not happy with my experience, I honestly feel like they got over on me because I'm a female, not to mention that in my receipt it was blank where the "concern, cause, and correction" is but Riley was nice and stated I would be able to come back to pick it up as they aren't able to email a second copy they were only able to email the first copy directly after transaction. Hospitality 100.. Experience 0
