They were very kind. I called them telling them I had a flat and they had me in within an hour of my call. They explained everything to me and I feel like they did a great job. I will definitely be going back.

Billy, one of the mechanics, is very professional and understanding. He worked with me and found a solution to my car problem. This is the first mechanic shop that actually care about their customers. Moving forward I will bring all my vehicles here for all of my car repairs. I recommend them above all other repair shops I have used.

I brought my car in to get my tire plugged and they took me in right away. Super friendly staff who also did a full car inspection and talked me through what was the most important to get done for my car. I didn’t feel at all like they were trying to force maintenance on me like you experience at so many other shops. I definitely will be using them again.

Old Trolley location in Summerville South Carolina is past piss poor service. Billy the service manager is a direct reflection as to why this facility won’t flourish. Very unprofessional, very manipulative not a trusted advisor.

I ran over something in the road this morning on the way to work ans watch as my gauge showed 1 tired quick deflating. I pulled into Woody's and they immediately came out to help, put a spare on for me, and looked up the best proces for some tires, no pressure to buy and no charge for their help. I'm defintely coming back. It's hard to find great customer service like that anymore. I more than appreciate ya'll!

Woodies Auto Service and Repair did an excellent job with my Nissan Pathfinder! The service was prompt and the price was on point! I would recommend anybody to take their vehicles there! Scott in the office was the best and helped me the whole time!! Overall a great experience!!
