I can’t believe you asked me to leave a review!! Made an appointment, drove all the way there and you proceeded to tell me that it would be a 3 hour wait for someone to diagnose what was wrong with the car. And you wanted to charge me $144.00 for the diagnosis. What good is making an appointment? I can’t believe that you’re even still in business with these practices. I wouldn’t let you work on my bicycle!
Kevin, I'm sorry you were sent an email asking for a review. However, any reputable shop works the same way. Appointments are made simply to secure you a spot. If you have a 10:00 appointment, it doesn't mean your vehicle will be diagnosed at 10:00. Also, we tell everyone that makes an appointment about the diagnostic charge. When you called, you stated that you had a shimmy in the suspension when going over 40 mph. We don't guess with customer's cars. We take the time to do a proper diagnosis. There are many different components that have to be checked and that takes time. That's why a reputable shop charges a diagnostic fee. Billy
