Very friendly and great customer service. They made the experience very convenient with options for a ride back to work or wait in their comfortable lounge area stocked with drinks and snacks. I decided to wait and they got the work done very quickly.

I had a blown tire right before the Memorial Day weekend. They were quick in resolving the problem. They were clear in their communications, friendly and organized. And I really appreciated the shuttle service. I will definitely return to them for routine service.

I had "noise" problem related to the tires and no back lights. They quickly diagnosed the issues, fixed them, and fixed the bumper that was coming off, even though I had forgotten to mention that. (And they fixed that for free!). In my experience, going back 5 or 6 years, they have always been honest, very reasonable, courteous and considerate. They have a shuttle if you need a ride home or to work, and they do a great job. They also worked on my daughter's older car, fixed the alignment problem, but advised her to take it back to the garage that did some work on the engine and transmission and ask them to fix some things that they should have fixed the first time, rather than spend more money on it. She appreciated their honesty. They really do have the customer's best interests at heart.

This is my second time going to Woodies. Both times have been for regular maintenance,oil change and state inspection. They have always been friendly and responded to my request without any additionally heckling about unnecessary things I do not need. They are honest and true, and have always finished my car within the quoted time. I can't say this for any other car shop I have been to, and to me that says something!
