My car wouldn't start and was stuck in a parking lot on a Friday. Woodie's had it towed to the shop that day. They got the parts in and I had my car back running perfectly on Monday. Competent and honest staff.

Just left woodies. I had a flat tire, unfortunately they didn't have my tires in stock but they actually fixed my flat so I was able to make it home today. I'm truly grateful! Tom and the mechanics are awesome!

A brake line failed on my soon to be “antique” 1998 FORD van. The part was no longer stocked by Ford. A skilled mechanic at WOODIE'S manufactured a replacement. Bobbie Dasher understood I was from out of town in Charlotte for the Christmas Season and got me moving again the same day. EXCEPTIONAL & appreciated.

Friendly staff, thorough and fair. They didn't even charge me for the full diagnostics and replacement of fuse.

The team at Woodies Auto Midtown always take such good care of me! They are friendly, get me to and from work when I drop my car off, and do everything they can to help me when I have something urgent happen. A few years ago, I took my sick dog to NC State Vet hospital because we couldn’t get answers to what was making her so sick. On my way out of my garage, I hit my side mirror and it was hanging on by the wires. I ran into the shop (crying because I thought I was going to miss the appointment for my dog) and they taped the mirror back on so it was safe to keep driving. It was so secure that it made it all the way to Raleigh and back - and I didn’t miss my appointment! Today was another great experience where they went out of their way to accommodate me. I appreciate you!
