Woodies doesn’t seem to understand what a warranty means. Warranty implies there will be no charges. My battery went bad pre maturely and is fortunately covered, but they added in a fee for labor of around 70 dollars. Most companies don’t charge labor for a warranty installation and especially for easy labor such as a battery. Took the techs 1 minute to change it. I shouldn’t have to pay for something I can easily do myself and want to do myself. They refused to give me the battery unless I pay for their unwarranted labor fee. They said everyone has to pay this fee and wouldn’t work with me on the price, except everyone paying for something that should be free doesn’t justify their policy. This charge should be 10 bucks if anything, 70 is extreme for a warranty. They gave me a bad battery to begin with and didn’t truly give me an actual full warranty instead sold me a 70 dollar battery. I did pay for labor when I first bought the battery, but I shouldn’t have to pay labor when it’s under warranty, hence warranty…Truly trash service, shady trash policy. They wanted easy work for decent money, even if it meant disrespecting what my warranty should’ve covered. I will go there to replace my battery if it goes bad again, but besides that, they have lost my business until their customer service improves.

They did me right and it was a last minute job. Had me out of there before my appointment…

They are good at aligning tires plus other repairs.

Dropped car off late morning. Had it by early afternoon. Had some thermostat issues along with other things. Check engine light on. Matt and Eddie were professional, prompt and explained everything clearly. Was also updated on progress of the job via their texting app. Very pleased. They even handled the warranty paperwork to get some of the job covered. 5-Star all around! Thx guys

Fraudulent, run by rude towing company. They swindle you to get what they want

I would give ZERO stars if possible. STAY AWAY!!! Long story short, I took my car in to have the headlight replaced... after 2 wasted visits and $340, my car still needs new headlight, but now needs new battery and have blind spot sensor system error. Their response is "you need to prove something we did caused the issues"

We moved up from Dunedin, Fla, had our 2009 Rav4 serviced at Husband and wife owner auto service …I work in Charlotte as a machine mechanic for USPS. my last oil change in Florida said you need your transmission serviced and your tires change out, I this vehicle used and moving here, I put my vehicle on a Uhaul Tuck and trailer to move here Fort Mil area . My drive to 20 miles door to door, my Florida Mechanic voice in the back of my mind and seeing all the corporate auto service places ... I am just use to that Ma and Pa place . I drive past Woodies everyday, so spouse say try there! I made the call got appointment.

Had to get my oil changed. Been here before in the past for a starter change, and i know that Woodies does an amazing job. They offer transportation while your car is being worked on, they have a small hangout in the back of the shop while you're waiting. I would go here more often, but the fixes are so quality, I don't need to go back except for regular maintenance. Cheap, fast, and high quality all around.
