Woodies is the only place I take my cars. The folks there are both friendly and professional. Because of their great service, all in my family are driving safe and well maintained vehicles.

Went in for an oil change and inspection. Woodies took me to work and picked me up!! Woodies in Huntersville is awesome; they are always friendly and get me in and out!

It is so nice to have people you trust and can count on regarding your automobile. I believe them 100% and I am always in and out in a hurry!

Oil Change, Tire Rotation & Brake work were done without any hassles. I also appreciated that I was not "sold" on any other products. If I have to fix something, then I fix it, so I appreciate the honesty.

Oil Change & Tire Rotation were done in about 30 min. Manager Barry Whisnant was very helpful in scheduling apt that fit my schedule. Waiting area has free wifi and snacks. Will be back!

Always a great experience and never the thought that I am being sold "Issues" that need to be fixed. I bring all my cars here ranging from 1 year to 20 years old. I would not go anywhere else.

I have gone to woodies a few times. Each time I was greeted with professional and friendly service. I want to thank Carl for getting my car in and finishing even earlier than promised. In fact this is my 1st time writing one and it is because of Karl and Woody's exceptional customer service, honesty and integrity in every thing they do. I went into Woodys today thinking i needed to purchase a part for my auto. Karl and his team checked it out and found out i just needed the part reset. I cant thank them enough for beingl in our community. Woody's is my number 1 service for my auto!!!!

Very professional staff. Nice relaxing waiting room. I needed a new tire and they accommodated my work schedule. I will recommend Woodies to my family and friends.

I would personally thank Woodie's Auto for taking care of my family as they needed repair work done while visiting the Charlotte area. Nothing is more frightening than your wife and 5 yr old daughter stranded while you're 200 miles away. The tow truck delivered the vehicle to Woodie's on a Saturday afternoon late. Barry said they would get started on it first thing Monday morning. It was ready Monday afternoon. My nephew and I left Raleigh soon after to pick it up and bring it home. Just 8 miles after leaving the shop, the car became disabled again. We called a tow truck near midnight and had them take it back to Woodie's. And we went back to Raleigh empty handed. Barry got on it first thing Tuesday morning. He apologized profusely for the inconvenience. A faulty part beyond their control was the culprit. He and the team road tested the vehicle, making sure it would not fail on the second attempt of driving it home to Raleigh. Kudos to Barry and his team as they went way above and beyond for my family and vehicle. Thanks, Woodie's!!!
