This past weekend both of my tires were slashed open from debris caused by a wreck that happened right beside me. I am currently transitioning to a new home near by but was about an hour away from my current house. With friends near by this was the only reasonable place I could get towed to at 1am Saturday morning. As soon as they opened I headed over to explain my situation. One of the service advisors David offered me two reasonably priced tires and assured me they would be on before closing. I was pretty distraught and upset after what had happened the night before. David’s help and reassurance that they would have my car up and running made all the difference. As he wished me a great rest of my day I felt better knowing my car was in his hands. After receiving my car I noticed the tire pressure light was still on even though I had just bought new tires. So I took my car back and they told me the sensor was broken. Because it was not initially noticed when they fixed my tires, they replaced the sensor for free! Throughout the day David kept me updated on the status of my car. I was so impressed with the amazing service that I received from Woodies. I am not the type of person who leaves reviews but David and the rest of the team did such an amazing job that I couldn’t keep my mouth shut. I am so grateful to have had Woodies so close to where I was staying during this stressful moment! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs car work done!

For years now, my family and I have been customers of Woodies and really appreciate their professionalism, friendliness, and expertise. I just recently moved and still make the drive back to Huntersville to service my car at Woodies because I have yet to find a better service team. The team at Woodies is very quick to assist and will take care of your vehicle.

Karl at Woodies was great from first time I walked in the door. The most important part of process was Karl did not push any services on me. I was able to lead the conversation in all I wanted updated on my Wrangler. Karl advised me on every concern on my maintenance mileage log. He knew from our discussion, I did not want a huge bill on my first visit, my Jeep was at over 60000. All went smoothly, I told Karl I was a transfer from Marietta Ga and the jeep dealership in Marietta experience was not even close to Woodies experience. Price on services are reasonable and customer service was great. I told Karl I wish we had found Woodies 10 years ago. We will be taking both Jeeps to Woodies in Huntersville from now on. Any new vehicles will be going to Woodie's, as well. Thanks Karl and Woodies for getting my Wrangler updated- 28 point inspection, transmission flush, tire rotation, and oil change. I was able to get my Wrangler back the same day, as well. Once again, Kudos to Woodies!!!!

It was a quick turnaround on my oil service, I had my jeep back within several hours. Pick up service is very handy and convenient for customers. We will totally keep using service for both of our vehicles. Made me aware of a leak starting under my jeep, said it was not an emergency now just keep a watch on it. I am planning to get it fixed in next few months.. Totally satisfied with Woodies!!! My wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee had a traction control issue and we had Woodies work on it and of course they fixed it for us. Carl first advised us to check with Jeep to see if we could warranty the service. We appreciated him advising us of this alternative. The work was rather costly, but we kind of figured that would be the case.

The service is top notch. I've taken all of my vehicles to them. They are professional and honest. They also provide shuttle service. I highly recommend.The place to go for oil changes and inspections, too. I had a bad experience with an oil changing business on Brown Mill Road in Huntersville. I am so glad we have Woodies in Huntersville!
