I've been taking my car to these guys for about a year and honestly, they're always a friendly and helpful group! Great facility, they keep me informed, and provide suggestions on what my car might need in the days ahead. They've earned my trust with this car and the next.

They are by far the most caring auto mechanic's shop and treat you with honesty and they have that "home town" feel.

This past weekend both of my tires were slashed open from debris caused by a wreck that happened right beside me. I am currently transitioning to a new home near by but was about an hour away from my current house. With friends near by this was the only reasonable place I could get towed to at 1am Saturday morning. As soon as they opened I headed over to explain my situation. One of the service advisors David offered me two reasonably priced tires and assured me they would be on before closing. I was pretty distraught and upset after what had happened the night before. David’s help and reassurance that they would have my car up and running made all the difference. As he wished me a great rest of my day I felt better knowing my car was in his hands. After receiving my car I noticed the tire pressure light was still on even though I had just bought new tires. So I took my car back and they told me the sensor was broken. Because it was not initially noticed when they fixed my tires, they replaced the sensor for free! Throughout the day David kept me updated on the status of my car. I was so impressed with the amazing service that I received from Woodies. I am not the type of person who leaves reviews but David and the rest of the team did such an amazing job that I couldn’t keep my mouth shut. I am so grateful to have had Woodies so close to where I was staying during this stressful moment! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs car work done!
