Staff were friendly but professional. They give Veterans and Novant Employees a discount, and so close to my work place. Hrs they are open is a real plus.

Everyone needs a place they can trust, and Woodie's is it for me. They are honest, inviting, easy to talk to, and somehow make pleasant the often unpleasant experience of getting your car worked on. A fully stocked waiting room (with complimentary Wi-Fi) is a nice touch, and you aren't paying dealership overheads, so the pricing is competitive. As an added plus, they check dealer recommendations for maintenance, so I know that necessary preventative maintenance won't be glossed over. I've been to Woodie's 5 or 6 times and it's always been a positive experience. A+

1/31/18 The guys at the Huntersville Woodies are great - here’s the fun story : driving home today I heard what at first was a chirping sound then it became a little meow. Upon arriving home I opened the hood of my car and heard a distinctive meow. I realized a kitten was somehow trapped around the engine. I called Woodies, my car guys, and Barry and the techs took great care removing plastic parts in the engine and soon this adorable kitten jumped to freedom; scared, cold, and really hungry. The only problem is that none of them were able to take her. So I’ll try to find her a home. Thanks Woodies H’ville staff for being there to help when needed.

Best mechanic shop I have ever had the pleasure of paying to fix my vehicles. They are honest and seem to care about your concerns. I've not had any issues with repairs done by Woodie's here or in other locations in North Carolina. Their shuttle service actually drove me home after dropping off my car and picked me up again once they had finished the work I needed. No extra "surprise" charges. Any work not agreed upon up front gets discussed and they get your explicit permission to fix (and charge for the fix) anything outside of the original scope of the repair. Will be returning!
