This was the first time taking my car to Woodies. I really enjoyed my experience. The reason I took my car in was my air conditioner was not pumping out cold air. Called and told the service tech what was going on with my air. Made an appointment for an air condition check and cabin filter replaced. After they checked over they came back saying that the fans inside had not been connected and that’s all that was wrong with it. I was so thankful. I thought that I was going to have to dish out a lot of money.

So grateful to Karl and Barry and the great staff at your Huntersville location. My oil light came on in my 2013 Chevy Cruise . I called and they had me come in, immediately looked at my car and fixed the problem with no charge. I have been going to Woodie’s in Davidson and Huntersville for about a year an a half. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. They are more reasonable in price that the dealership and I always have great customer service!

This was the third time I’ve been to Woodie’s and each time has been a good experience! The facility is clean, well organized, and the staff professional and knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly.

I can't say enough positive things about Barry! He was so kind, patient, and professional when we were trying to figure out the best plan of action to fix my car! Having a friendly staff member that explains things thoroughly goes a long way in customer satisfaction. I will definitely be recommending Woodies to anyone I meet who has car needs based solely on Barry.

Have to say that Woody's in Huntersville has been very consistent.. Consistently favorable I would say. You can trust that if they tell you something needs to be repaired, it is likely beliow the lowest threshold you would want your child to drive the vehicle. You can trust that they wont gouge you on price, but offer. Fair and generally competitive quote up front. They aren't the cheapest and definitely not the most expensive. But remember, they have CERTIFIED ASE Techs. Most do not unless they are a dealership. I love their quick on the spot complimentary shuttle service. You will too. Try them out. You wont be disappointed with their service. They guarantee it.
