I took my vehicle in for some maintenance and an issue that a previous visit indicated a future wear issue. They took care if things promptly and even advised me that a requested service was not needed. So far so good!

I always have a great experience when I take my vehicles to Woodie's. They are friendly, professional and always take care of my vehicles quickly.

The staff was vert friendly and helpful. While I wish I had some more details of electronic information sooner they stood by their work and even adjusted my fee so I could take the car to the dealer and us toward their inspection charge, as they showed a bad module that only a dealer can replace. But overall a good experience and I would YES take my care back to them for other service. The fact they referred me to the dealer I respect that.

Huntersville, NC Location-I had to bring my wife's car back July 2024 after a part replacement that they did in 12/2023 failed for a filter housing that is known to go bad in her car model. It was the part, not the service that was an issue. Unfortunately, it blew all the motor oil and by the time the car could safely be pulled over it blew or froze the motor which we would later find out after I called Woodie's and they arranged a tow back to their shop at "their" expense and inspection. From the beginning they indicated they would handle at their expense whatever was the final resolution regardless. At the end of the day the motor was bad, they removed and installed a new-used motor of comparable mileage at their expense. While the process took a few weeks that was due to the timeline to locate and obtain the motor and the communication with the part supplier. I believe they are still working internally with their vendor, but they did not hold us up. The Manager Carl went ahead and completed everything regardless that the final invoice with labor and a couple replacement parts, such as the starter, that ended up being an invoice for $7,500.00 had it been out of pocket for us. They already had us a customer, but the awesome service only cemented that feeling further. I cannot say enough about the shop, team and especially the Manager Carl, he was awesome!!! I STRONGLY recommend that if you need a thorough and competent repair shop that you bring to Woodie's. The location we use and used is the Huntersville, NC location. I never used another shop of theirs, they have multiple, but I would assume they all have the same high-quality service and customer care.
