I have been here several times over the past two years. This location is always clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and my car is ready when promised.

From the minute they answer the phone, service is incredible! I found Woodie’s on google in desperation because I accidentally put washer fluid in the wrong reservoir (don’t ask lol) They never made me feel dumb, and made me feel like my car was their top priority. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I had appointment for Thursday morning, took my car in spoke with Miles who was very professional and courtesy. He said it would take a couple of hours, then he would call back. Miles called back about 45 minutes to inform that my cars problem was more than I expected. I proceed to get my car back, and I truly appreciate the honesty Miles expressed. I will return for future business. GREAT JOB MILES

Have had my car serviced since Woodie’s opened in Huntersville . All employees are very courteous and helpful. Appointments are arranged at my convenience and transportation provided when necessary. I have recommended Woodie’s to family and friends. Service is rated A+.

I recently had a dead battery. Got a jump and scurried over to give Woodie's a chance to help me. They were friendly, helpful, prompt and professional. They gave me a ride back to work and had my battery replaced and car ready to go within 2 hours. The cost was what I expected and reasonable. I will use them again.

I went to a dealership 6 weeks ago (the end of July) and told them my A/C was cutting in and out. After they had my vehicle in and out of the shop 4 different times and put nearly $1000 worth of sensors on it, the problem went from annoying to my AC blowing like a furnace! I finally found Woodies Auto, they had my AC fixed in about 4 hours! Turns out it was the compressor the entire time. I will only take my vehicle to Woodies from now on!!! They are professional and actually know how to fix a car! Thank you so much guys!
