My car broke down during rush hour on a Wednesday. I called Woodie's after reading reviews to have my car serviced. Randy called a towing company for me and let me know what needed to be done with my car the next morning, since it was nearly 5pm when I called. They handled all of my repairs needed, and when they had an issue with a part in the afternoon on Thursday, they ensured that I would have my car by 3pm on Friday. When my car was finished, Randy personally picked me up to bring me to my car, and then introduced me to the mechanic that did all of my repairs. Prices are very reasonable, especially for foreign cars, like my Honda. They handled everything very professionally and in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about their team.

The three 1 star reviews from the women had me hesitant to go to Woody's. I took the chance because it was so close to my job. I don't know what happened there but Jeff was more than polite, went beyond my expectations and has a calm pleasant demeanor, I can't imagine him raising his voice nevermind yelling. Anyway, repairs were competitively priced, timely (everything done in 1 day despite being very busy), accomodated my work schedule and provided me with a ride multiple times. They do close sharply at 6. Don't go in at 5, 530, expecting work to be done.

As long as I stay in Charlotte, I will always take my car to the Charlottetowne Ave Woodie's. They do great work on my car at a fair price, and they always take the time to explain my car's maintenance needs. They are honest with me about what needs to be done right away versus what can wait, which I really appreciate. Most of the time they say it's okay to wait, but they price it for me so that I can be prepared for when it is time to do it down the road. They do get very busy as they service TONS of cars, so I would recommend making an appointment instead of just walking in. I've always felt I've been treated very well by management, not sure what some of the negative reviews are talking about.

Best place to take your car in for service. They have a free shuttle service. They have always quickly scheduled an appointment for me when I call. They are friendly and informative. I'm a single female and its been the best car service I've ever received - I've never felt pressure to buy anything extra or felt like they were talking over my head. I recommend them to anyone. I drive a Honda.

Woodie's on Charlottetown Avenue has not only taken great care of my cars over the years, they have been extraordinarily kind and courteous to me. I trust them and appreciate the peace of mind that comes with that. The courtesy shuttle makes regular car maintenance a breeze, too. Thanks!

My car was repaired here after a major accident. They did an outstanding job on my car and connecting with the insurance company . I love the results and the costumer service. Recommended in Charlotte.

Dropped my car off this morning for some basic work. Needed to get an e-brake adjustment, and inspection. From the moment I first called I knew this was going to be a good experience. Very polite and helpful on the phone, answering questions and even giving me an estimate (a lot of places won't). Dropped it off at about 7:45 am, both guys at the front were very polite, and we chatted for a few. In and out in about 5 min. I just got a call (about 2 hours later) My car is totally done, ready to pick up. Priced less then the estimate. And then here comes the part I hate, what else is wrong with my car, and what are you going to try and charge me for?? Didn't get that at all this time, my service tech let me know about a loose bearing that should be looked at soon, but I never felt that he was actually trying to sell me. Just a suggestion, and he even said he will have a print out of the work the car "should" have done. But never once did I feel pressured. That alone makes me want to bring my car back here to get that work done.....when I have the $$ Thanks Woodies, will be back!
