Great, quick, honest service! I had an issue with my tires & after going multiple times to enough service center...Woodie's took the time to get to the bottom of it once and for all!

I didn't even get service done but I just have to give a review. I called just to get a quote on a hitch installation. Jeff was very friendly and went above and beyond and helped me with pricing out a service they don't even normally do. He was very honest and suggested another alternative even if it meant not going thru their shop. I highly recommend this place solely on their customer service.

I had a nail in a tire on June 11 that had to be fixed due to planned travel. Manager Paul Lingo got me in quickly and had one of his staff check the problem. After 20 minutes, they came back and told me that the nail had not punctured the inner lining and everything was fine. AND, he told me no charge, even though I volunteered to pay a service charge for the time they spent on my problem. Paul and everyone working with him were top notch in all respects. Woodies has been around for a long time just because of this type of service and treatment of their customers. I give them my highest recommendation and will keep coming back.

I was in Charlotte for work. Spent Sunday night and Monday was a work day. On the way to breakfast my heater coil went out (expensive). Called Uber got a ride to the meeting after back to my broken car. Found Woodies here and limped there. I was forced to leave my car rent one to get home. But the way Woodie's treated me I left there knowing I was not going to be taken advantage of. If I lived in Charlotte they would be my mechanics. I knew what to expect price wise and they called when the car was almost fixed just to let me know when I should drive back to pick it up. Yes it was an expensive day, car rental 2 days and new heat coil but all and all those guys at Woodies Auto Service are top notch.

I had two flat tires last week both of which turned out to be unrepairable due to their proximity to the side wall. The mechanic took the tires out, found the holes showed it to me. After all of that, no charge. Granted they did not repair the tires, but they certainly took all this time for both tires to in mount, mount fin the hole and would be well within their right to charge something. I had not been to this shop before but certainly would say it is a shop that wants repeat customers.
