Mike was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I did not have my car serviced here on this particular day but it was a very stressful day (the night before moving day) and Mike was calm, reasonable, and understanding of my stressful situation. He stayed in constant contact with me and was very upfront. I received outstanding service and if I am ever back in the Charlotte area with car trouble, I will not hesitate to take my car here. This is the second time I've come to Woodie's for my car. Check engine light was on... they ran tests multiple times, inspected the engine, test drove it, and put it up on the lift to discover that all was well. They called me, reset the check engine light, and didn't charge me a dime. What stand up guys, I appreciate that type of service.

I give these guys a solid 4 maybe 4.5. My problem was very hard to diagnose. It was the 3rd place I had taken it. First two were dealers and said it just needed shocks and tires. It didn't seem that simple to me. Woodies said the same, but also found a warped bearing, so I went with the local guy and had them fix it. It took 3 tries, each time the car drove great when I left, but the problem returned. Something else was causing the bearing and tire issues. Unfortunate but some problems are tricky. Each time I returned they treated me amazing and did what was right as far as the additional cost. It was an unfortunate situation, but I felt respected and treated fairly. I will return.

My air pressure light came on as I was driving. I stopped at Woodies Auto Service and the mechanics were kind enough to check my tire pressure and top off all my tires, in the rain. I give them 5 stars off how kind and helpful they were. Off of just that, I would definitely consider this location for any of my future auto services.
