North and South Carolina Auto Repair

Many thanks to Jeff and his team yesterday. I had picked up a nail in a tire just before leaving town and Jeff worked me in at 7am. They saved the day for us!

Today April 14 2022 was the absolute BEST expereince I've ever had with an Auto Repair Shop in 40 Years! Jeff Selk is simply AMAZING!! From the first time I called him early this morning to the last time I spoke with him later this evening he was just as nice and professional and courteous and knowledgeable and helpful as anyone I've ever met. He treated me like I was the only one in the shop each time I called even though they are booked out a week in advance and he honestly really did not have time to talk to me, but he gave me all the time I needed each time I spoke with him and even let me vent about my own persoanl strife with my vehicle that I was getting repaired. He is an amazing man and it's no surprise he is a Scout Leader in the Charlotte Community because his patience and understanding is unparallelled. I jsut can't say enough about this man and I hope he gets recognized by all his peers because he deserves it. Thank you for being you Jeff and keep up the great work my man!

My auto repair person retired. I recently took my 2012 Honda FIt to Woodie's for a tune up and check of the air conditioning system since I was not getting cool air. They checked the car out it is in good shape in general. They discovered and fixed the problem with the air conditioner. In addition, they learned that my battery is low and should be replaced. I was pleased with the service and professionalism. I really appreciated the free shuttle! I plan to stay with Woodie's.

Recently I went to Woodie''s (Charlottetown) for an emmissions test for my vehicle registration renewal. I arrived at 8 a.m. but it seems I was incorrect about the appointment. They were able to fit me in anyway! This Woodie's is the best, so kind!

The only place I go to get my car serviced! They have the best customer service and do an amazing job. Can't say enough great things about Woodie's on Charlottetowne!

The Service I received was awesome!! Thank you Jeff for getting me in there and out within a hour!! He addressed my problem and didn't pull a price out the sky, like one place I wouldn't name. Jeff was very helpful and explained everything that needed to be fixed on my Jeep. I truly appreciate the great service they have provided.

Jeff and Patrick were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. The appointment was easy to schedule. My car was repaired and ready when they said it would be. The cost was exactly as quoted when I took it in. The shuttle service made the process very convenient. I'm delighted to have found Woodie's Charlottetowne Ave.

Incredible service experience: Thorough assessment; helpful and not condescending (since I'm a woman) information; provided complete information about diagnostics and options for repairs.
