My radiator was leaking profusely, and my car was not drivable. Jeff at the front was so courteous and wasn't impatient with my questions. I love the fact that my repairs come with a 3 year warranty, and with my car being older, I find a lot of value in their service. Not only did they diagnose and repair, they provided me with peace of mind. On behalf of my six year old and myself, Thanks Woodies team.

Woodie's continues to be my go to shop. I recently had a new vibration in my low mileage (75,000) 2010 Corolla. Woodie's did a complete inspection and discovered that the balancing weight was missing from one wheel. During the inspection they also discover a front axle boot leak. I also asked them to recharge my A/C since it hadn't really worked well for a couple of summers. The really neat part was the link they sent me before doing the repairs that contained a complete list of items checked and pictures of any issues found. Excellent, professional service as always. Old school interpersonal touch with new school updates and technical information.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic to see if they could determine the cause for a whirring noise that I recently started hearing. The service manager, Jeff, was very communicative and helped to make sure I was satisfied with the service I received. I was treated well and fairly. The rest of the staff that I interacted with were also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Woodie's location.

I have a 2021 Tesla Model S Plaid. I knew the alignment was off, so I took it back to the Tesla dealership 3 times in the span of 6 months to have it fixed, but they never did it correctly. After 4k miles, my tires were ruined. Woodie's fixed the alignment and replaced the tires in a few hours. I'm never going back to the dealership.

I went to Woodie's for a second opinion after feeling like another car repair place was trying to pull a fast one on me. I'm so glad I went! I spoke with Patrick on the phone about my issue, and thankfully, he was able to quickly find me a time slot. The staff was thorough, competent, and most importantly, honest. Turns out one of the repairs suggested to me from the first repair shop wasn't even needed. Integrity is rare these days, especially when it comes to car repairs, but these guys nailed it. Their sincerity helped put me at ease. They've certainly earned a loyal customer in me.

Had my tires replaced and an alignment. They were great and friendly. The price was much better than anywhere else. Would go back. They had a courtesy ride which was great. The driver definitely knew all the shortcuts to get to my home.

I have been working with Woody's for over 15 years. They have great customer service, very friendly and willing to explain and justify all expenses. I have not had a good experience with the Monroe office recently....left multiple voice mails to schedule an appointment
