New to town, husband traveling and I walk out to run errands and find one of my car tires is nearly flat. I am able to air the tire back up, but know that I probably have a nail from the construction at our home. I call Woodies, Jeff answers and I explain the situation to which he says to come on up to the shop. I arrive shortly after our phone conversation and with a smile and no hesitation or waiting, Jeff has my car in a bay and is plugging my tire. Our family just recently moved from a small town in South Carolina and I was accustomed to good customer service but to be honest, did not really expect the wholesome, genuine care I received from Jeff at Woodies; especially in a city the size of Charlotte. In fact, the treatment and respect i received reminds me of old school services stations; Jeff thank you for the great service, kindness and exceptional welcome to the area. i know the plug will suffice in the interim, but I can assure you, when we need new tires or anything for our vehicles, we won't be going anywhere else but Woodies on Charlottetowne Ave.

Woodie's is a great company and trustworthy. They are easy to work with and helpful. I spoke to Dana a few times and he is suuuuper helpful with all my random questions. You won't go wrong with them!

Everyone was so professional. The shuttle service was a great service as well. Highly recommend.

I was stressed as my car was not driving correctly and my go-to mechanic closed his shop so I found Woodie's. From the first phone call to the last, the entire team was very polite and quick to respond to any and all questions. Special thanks to Patrick for handling all the issues on my car quickly and being so kind throughout the process. I so appreciate you and the entire team for getting my vehicle completely fixed. I don't think it has ever driven so smoothly. The fact that you all covered the unexpected last-minute costs was so amazing.
